Mahjong Vanilla Syndrome (Japan) - MAME - Mahjong / Gambling

In Mahjong Vanilla Syndrome, the player takes on the role of a young man who finds a mysterious-looking little house, then passes through a dimensional portal! There, he is greeted by a pretty bunny-eared girl called Vanilla, who tells him that she is the guardian of the portal, and that if he wants to get home, he will have to defeat her and the other guardians in a game of mahjong! The game has two modes: story mode, which pits the player against Vanilla and progresses the story through the mahjong games, and battle mode, which lets the player choose between three pretty female opponents and change some of the rules of the game.
